Policy

Adjustments occur in time sensitive cycles and in order to ensure optimal results, we recommend that all missed appointments be rescheduled within 24 hours if possible. In the event that you must change an existing appointment, we kindly ask that you inform the clinic at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please be advised that if the required notice is not given, you will be charged the full appointment fee. We have had to take these measures as a result of spacing out the schedule and the COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected our ability to see our usual number of patients. We have an ongoing cancellation list and last minute cancellations make it difficult to offer your appointment time to someone else in need.

Payment is due when services are rendered, however, we do have an express checkout program (wellness plan) whereby a patient can prepay for care and enjoy both a speedy checkout as well as a significant discount. We do not provide direct billing, but we are more than happy to provide you with all necessary paperwork for submitting to your insurance.

Spinal correction & healing takes time. Remember it is not how you are feeling, its how you are healing! If you are concerned about your response to care, please do not hesitate to talk to us…we are here for you! In the event that you have an accident, fall, or need a little extra time to discuss a new complaint with the Doctor, please call and inform the front desk before your scheduled appointment so we can reserve the exam room or schedule accordingly.
